Relentlessly Perfecting Our Ethics Performance
Relentless dedication is needed to protect advancements in Corporate Ethical Conduct. Sustaining an ethical work environment is endemic to the central, structural core of the Corporate Culture JD And Associates, L.L.C. continues to strengthen and build upon.
Ethics and integrity have always been endemic to the central, structural core of Corporate Culture at JD And Associates, L.L.C. Our Corporate Visions and Values Statements reflect our Corporate dedication to ethics and integrity. It is not merely a colorful philosophical statement—it is who we are at the central, structural core of our Corporation.
By doing the right thing, respecting others and demonstrating a relentless dedication to professional excellence, our Corporate Leaders have the mental tools necessary to act appropriately in situations requiring ethical judgment.
J. David SmithCEO / COO / Owner, JD And Associates, L.L.C.
Our program works because our Ethics Officers and Corporate Leaders, both at the Corporate level and in the field, are intrinsic to the business itself. They attend key planning sessions and Corporate business meetings and have a thorough knowledge and understanding of their supportive roles in the business.
Through their presence at the Corporate level, the gap between Corporate business practices and ethics is closed. At JD And Associates, L.L.C., Corporate business practices and ethics are harmoniously in concert and unified with one another, both in form and in character.
Protecting Our Ethical Foundation
Within a Corporation, the temptation exists to become desensitized to minor incidents that may occur internally or externally. This type of mindset can bring forth undesired effects. One small incident can lead to a collection of incidents that eventually undermines trust in an established ethical foundation.
Maintaining an ethical reputation is mission-critical to our continued professional success and to attracting and retaining respected Corporate Leaders, Clients and business partners.
Ethics Supplier Conduct Code
The JD And Associates, L.L.C. Supplier Conduct Code clearly identifies the transparency and accountability we expect from our suppliers. It reflects the Corporate Visions and Values established for our own Corporate Leaders, Board of Directors and business partners.
We are committed to maintaining a robust Ethics and Business Conduct Program within our organization and to helping ensure that ethical conduct systematically permeates our supply chain.
As mentors, we engage our suppliers to help them strengthen their own ethics programs. We partner individually with suppliers to share business practices and recommendations for building an effective Ethics and Corporate Business Professional Conduct Code.
